If you don’t have the exact materials then just use some color pencil and take similar shades to the reference and use my shading and blending technique.
For Paper I suggest you to use more than 180 gsm paper ( 120 gsm can also work but I suggest more than 180gsm ). If you don’t find Bristol paper then use medium grain papers or any smooth paper. I don’t suggest rough sheets, so don’t use it .
