You will learn how to attain v shape jawline and get rid of double chin. The course consists of 14 videos where you will learn dry and oil techniques as well as tools that can be used as part of your daily self care routine. After completion of the course you will be able to independently take care about your lower part of the face . The course also includes my personal recommendations on how to stimulate lymph flow , have less puffiness on the face and have good posture because everything is interconnected.
Rules for the intensive and rules for completing tasks:
1. The intensive course lasts 2 weeks. During the first week you need to complete 2-3
tasks per day. Gradually you add another 2-3 exercises every day and so on until you have completed all the exercises as a set. On the second week of the intensive you will start working on your own -Doing ALL the tasks you received in the first week every day. Access to all videos and materials of the intensive will be open to you for another month after completion of the course.
2. MOST IMPORTANT: we complete tasks every day! Today you do first 2 exercises, tomorrow you add 2 new exercises plus yesterday’s 2, total 4, and the day after tomorrow all 6 and so every day increasing the pace. Once again: ALL intensive exercises, from the first to the last day – should be performed EVERY DAY. And during the second week of your independent work, we also perform ENTIRE program every day. If in the first week you studied 14 tasks, then the whole second week you will be performing all these 14 tasks every day.
3. Most of the exercises we do on dry skin, unless I’m talking on how to apply oil or cream. If the assignment does not say about application of a cream, oil, etc. – it means that none of this is needed.
4. We carry out the task until the first tangible discomfort. No sharp pains should be.
5. During the performance of tasks, the face and hands must be perfectly clean. Keep your nails short during this time for a more effective performance and results.
