World pastry champion 2019 Chef Loi Ming Ai in this program will teach you 2 different style designer wedding cakes covering different techniques.
Both the cakes are made on the dummy and yo will be starting from working with Sterofoam.
You will be learning how to smooth the dummy cake and then layer it. You will be understanding how to work on the gumpaste or Fondant. You will be learning how to roll the fondant smoothly. Chef loi will also teach you how to roll the sugar paste more thinner and then you will learn how to layer the dummy with the rolled fondant
You will be learning how to make the pastillage dough which become extremely hard once dried and kept away from the humidity. You will be learning about how to make different petal and finally different flowers.
You will also be working on making royal icing and also how to make a designer plaque. You will be learning how to workout your template and then make it from start to finish.
You will also be learning how to do the colouring and dusting on the dry petals.
One all your component of the cakes are ready then you can easily assemble these components and construct a final cake.
So you will be doing 2 different design of cakes in this program
