- This course is designed for kids (boys and girls) ages 5-10
- No experience necessary
- The course is based on a non-militant-style, Christian philosophy (e.g. no eye gouges or curb stomps)

Kalos Agon (KA) is a highly effective self defense system founded on the principles of the Christian faith.
The system incorporates grappling, striking, street fight survival philosophy, and weapons training.
Who this course is for:
- This course is designed for kids ages 5-10 who are in need of defending themselves from bullies
- This course is not for children who want to learn sportive fighting skills (e.g. for tournaments)
- This course is most effective when taken with a parent so the child may practice and discuss these techniques with a responsible training partner
