Focusing on drawing postures, drawing cuts and disarm defence, longsword drawing foundation will develop your weapon skills and train you in the ways of the samurai.
Designed for solo practice, this course can be done anywhere with a bokken & saya (wooden training sword and scabbard) or polymer bokken & saya (plastic training sword and scabbard).
