3ASLAMA we Marhba bik,

Hello and welcome,

This is the second course in the Tunisian Arabic Language Series.

In this course, we will be exploring a new topic area which is buying and bargaining. It includes a massive vocabulary, expressions and phrases ,

This course is for you if you like wondering in the little streets of the old Medina, with its artisanal crafts , the pottery or the Berber rugs , you might be tempted to buy, and therefore ask for the cost of the article and also bargain. That’s why I HAVE COVERED the main expressions that you can use in the Medina, the market “Lmarchi” or even at the shop downstairs called “l3attar”. Also, we’ll see some few tips to make the transactions as easy as possible for you.

First you’ll be looking at almost all the ways to ask questions Basically, the 5 Ws : when, where, how, what, who.. and looking how to use them in sentences.

You will also learn other standard useful questions and phrases such as : do you have this? How much is this ? « I want this », « can I have this please » and much more…

A lot of what you have learned in Tunisian Arabic Language 1 course,  will be used as a foundation base, but I have made quick recapitulations in some lessons to help you refresh your memory.

So If you are familiar with the words and phrases you learned in the first course, or if you already know how to greet people, how to use the basic manners, then you are ready to hit this one.

You will get to learn a very useful part of the Tunisian language, The Numbers! Don’t worry if you never came across numbers before or if you had a bad experience, I have broken them down for you in tiny little lessons, and I think I can even promise you that you won’t find them overwhelming and you’ll be able to use the numbers literally from zero to millions in no time!

I have included a section to understand the local currency, to be able to call the notes and the change exactly like Tunisian people do.

In This course, there are also some vocabulary extension sheets to boost your Tunisian vocabulary .

All of this will open the Tunisian language to you, giving you many more things to say.

So if you have enjoyed the method of learning Tunisian that you found in the first course, continue learning with Tunisian Arabic Language 2.

I hope you’ll enjoy!
