In this module, you will be introduced to the sales environment, learn about the use of IT in sales, manage time in the sales environment and calculate sales targets. Learn the principles of selling face to face, how to sell by both inbound and outbound telephone calls, and also how to process sales orders.
Customer Service in Sales
In this module, you will be exposed to the concepts of sales presentations and demonstrations and approaches to managing clients’ accounts, you will also be exposed to the rights and duties of the employee and the employer, learn about competitor analysis, and how to plan and execute online selling.
