The Harris Tote: Getting Started
Meet Diane and begin by exploring the Harris Tote’s features. Discover the best fabrics, interfacings, and stabilizers to use for the bag and lining. After you cut out all the pattern pieces, watch as Diane demonstrates her fusing technique.
Tote Lining & Zipper Pocket
Start sewing your tote by making zipper tabs and installing the zipper pocket in the lining. Also, add facings in the outer bag fabric for a professional look. Then join the lining front and back, and box the corners for shape and stability.
Outer Tote & Finishing
Finish the outer section of your tote by attaching leather handles with rivets. To complete your tote, Diane shows how to elegantly join the lining and outer layer. Give the bag a final press and you’re all set.
The Clutch Wallet: Getting Started
Get started on the Clutch Wallet by learning about its features. Start sewing by making the flap and installing half of the magnetic snap, then fold and stitch fabric for the credit card slot panel.
