THE 28-DAY SUMMER BODY TRANSFORMATION – ZUMBA & PILATES
What you’ll learn
- Follow the program for 4 weeks with 2 days in a week fasting, 3 days a week exercise and 2 days resting.
- Lose weight in 28 days to keep training consistent and learn the variety to move for your mobility.
- Take exercise for 30 minutes with different format of Zumba and Pilates workout classes.
- Burn calories without feeling of workout and just have fun dancing.
- Explore your own body and enjoy the beach view to relax body and mind along with wave sound for the inner body healing.
This 4-week program will be combined with variation of Zumba and Pilates classes to burn calories, tone your body and Yoga for stretching, balance and inner beauty.
3 times in a week exercise, 2 times in a week fasting and 2 days you take a rest.
30 minutes training at your pace whenever and wherever you want.
This course gives you variety of exercises to hit on certain body part and burn calories in cardio class.
Offer the fun exercises, so you sweat and boost your endorphins without you realize that you actually exercising.
The following exercise program are:
ZUMBA FITNESS – burn calories in fun cardio class.
ZUMBA TONING – use Zumba toning sticks, dumbbells 1 – 2 kg or a pair of water bottle filled with sand.
PILATES – prepare your exercise mat and Pilates ball.
AROUND THE WORLD DANCE FITNESS WORKOUT – explore different kind of dances from India until Indonesia.
ZUMBA IN THE CIRCUIT – prepare your exercise mat and dumbbells min. 2 kg for resistance training.
ZUMBA SENTAO – use a chair.
FITNESS YOGA – prepare your exercise mat.
