Deep knowledge and use of Project Management Methodologies (especially Agile) and Software Development Lifecycle Processes. Capable of coordinating multiple teams (stakeholders/partners/subcontractors/internal team of software developers, business analysts, IT Support, etc.), delivering high-quality work under demanding deadlines. Specialization in DMS (Document Management Systems) & BPM (Business Process Management) Systems. COO at Tobea (4 years) and then CEO (June 2023 – July 2024).
