About Me
I started as a researcher specializing in atomic energy and earned the stripes to the C-level corner offices of some blue chip global companies, eventually become an entrepreneur. It is my honor to share my story with you.
This journey is an exciting one spanning over 35 years and 20 countries. It covers multinationals such as Citi Bank, Royal Dutch Shell, PepsiCo, Yum Brand and Standard Chartered PLC, as well as reputable and well-established family conglomerates in the Asia Pacific region. It covers the full business cycle from start-up to scale-up and turn-around. Finally it involves complex discussions with Energy Ministers to sensitive negotiations with NGOs.
Course Content

A brief introduction will set the pace by describing the concept of Dynamic Thinking with a teaser, ” Can you double your sales by asking 3 questions ?”
Module 2 will power up the journey with energy blocks such as the dynamics of vision and action; a dashboard for navigation and the implementation strategy with a 3 step scenarios.
I will teach a tailored and proprietary 2-P business model with focus on People profiling and Product segmentation in module 3 to 5, to address relevant and thought provoking questions: should we improve new product or launch new product; what are the attributes of a great salesperson and the characteristics of a preferred customer; the right-sizing model for a company; how much do you know about your product portfolio, are they creating or destroying your company values. This is a powerful model I have developed and refined over the years and one which will surely be successful if the process is followed accordingly.
Module 6 will unveil the Value Matrix Mapping to crystallize the key learnings into eye opening perspectives about our products, our customers and our salesforce.
Finally I will walk you through a few case studies around the world to demonstrate the power and applications of Dynamic Thinking.
