A performance improvement framework, called the 8 Principles of Laboratory Performance, will describe how to structure the laboratory for certainty, empower the laboratory staff, and sustain innovation. Delegates will learn how to use key performance areas and key performance indicators to determine their performance, where they want to be, and address the delta. It will provide insights into the laboratory process and how resources must be configured to handle the demand. It will cover the basic process of data collection using process maps and data collection sheets.
