In this module, you will be introduced to the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) along with its characteristics and features. You will learn the different perspectives of a BSC together with the ways to design it. You will also learn about the history of the BSC, followed by examples of it. Moreover, you will learn about BSC usage, its pros and cons and the challenges faced in the process of its design. You will also learn different terms and core concepts of a BSC.
Cascading KPIs from Corporate to Department and Individual Level
In this module, you will be introduced to the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) together with their processes, objectives, and perspectives. The module then covers SMART ways of writing goals and objectives and the concept of SMART KPI. Additionally, you will learn about the required four basic teams for a BSC program and their importance. You will also be provided an overview of the nine implementation steps (divided into two phases) of the BSC. Lastly, the ADKAR change model is described.
Implementation of the Balanced Scorecard
In this module, learn all nine implementation steps of the BSC program. You will learn about the BSC implementation program’s beginning assessment together with its five milestones. Likewise, the remaining eight steps with all their milestones are discussed. These are Strategy, Objectives, Strategic Map, Performance Measures, Strategic Initiatives, Automation, Cascading, and Evaluation, respectively.
