We have designed this introductory breakfast course to demonstrate breakfast’s scientific importance and benefits to an individual’s health. It includes the solutions to two of the most typical challenges that lead people to skip this important meal. We have included nutritious and easy-to-make recipes, such as boiled eggs, Bircher muesli, fruit salad, hash brown potatoes, roasted tomatoes, pancakes, omelettes and scrambled eggs.
What You Will Learn In This Free Course
Breakfast Fundamental Concepts
This module introduces you to the importance of breakfast for humans, the two most common reasons for skipping breakfast, and their solutions, along with the effects of skipping breakfast regularly. Moreover, you will learn about the three most basic breakfast recipes, i.e., Bircher muesli, French toast, and boiled eggs.
Breakfast Essentials
This module will introduce you to some complex and delicious breakfast dishes. It contains recipes for six such dishes, i.e., fruit salad, hash brown potatoes, omelette, scrambled eggs, roasted tomatoes, and super fluffy pancakes. Moreover, this module also discusses toppings added to these recipes and their storage requirements.
