Are you eligible for this microcredential?

To study this undergraduate microcredential you will ideally have prior coding experience and ability. Although language is not a specific requirement, Python coding capability will be an advantage. Having a broad understanding of Networking technologies is also recommended (e.g. CompTIA Network+, Cisco ItN).

It is essential that you’re able to access a device capable of running a virtual machine – please check this before registering.

Please note: From October 2021 the content within this microcredential is fully duplicated within the larger OU module Cisco networking (CCNA) part 2.
