Learn to create a social media plan for your brand
You will start by getting to know Núria. She will tell you about her passion for communications, especially its creative possibilities and analytical foundation – the basis of any strategy. She will show you some of her favorite reference books and blogs, and will also present the project you will carry out throughout this course.
As a first step to define your social media plan, you will define the company or client you will be working with, the team and the budget. Then, you will learn how to perform an internal analysis of the client or project based on online positioning and its reputation, as well as an external analysis of the competition.
You will continue to develop your plan defining your targets and create a profile of the ideal customer or buyer, the platforms you plan to be on and their specific social media communication objectives.
You will learn how to develop a style guide and the basic protocol for crisis management and online reputation. Núria will explain how to create different types of deliverables for each social network and their methodologies. She will also show you case studies to serve as inspiration.
