    In this module you will be introduced to research for design. You will learn about questions you should consider when designing. You will learn about framing questions for interviewing. You will learn about a user?s mental model and what it is.

    Design analysis

    In this module you will learn about seeing themes from user stories and about a customer journey map. You will learn about what a persona is, what it represents and why to create one. You will learn about scenarios and how they complement personas. You will learn about insight statements and what a design strategy statement is.
