Welcome to this course about digital transformation, where you will learn how to implement a digital transformation project in a small to medium sized company.
This is a hands-on course where you will learn practical skills. There will be theoretical lectures, but the theory is not the focus of this course – practical implementation is.
My name is Amira and I will be your instructor for this course. I have worked ten plus years in the finance and tech sphere with different line roles and consulting roles and am the manager and founder of the consultancy firm Hvitravnur which offers interim and gig consultancy services.
I have worked with digital transformation projects in companies in a varied set of industries, involving many different cases and stakeholders.
I built this course for aspiring consultants and employees working in a small to medium sized company, who want to execute a digital transformation project and want a hands-on and practical guide as to how to go about it. This course is also for those who are simply curious about the subject of digital transformation and want to broaden their knowledge base and consultancy toolbox.
The course is divided into 4 sections with corresponding lectures. We will initially go through the tools and methodologies that you will need in a digital transformation project.
