    This module will teach you about the international Maritime organization, its structure, roles and limitations. In this module, you will also learn about the process of developing international conventions, what a flag state is and its requirements. This module comprises of three topics and diagrammatic illustrations to aid your understanding.

    IMO Codes

    This module will teach you about the conventions and codes of the International Maritime Organization (IMO). In this module, you will also learn about the convention for the control and management of ships ballast water, as well as the methods used to exchange ballast water. You will also learn about ballast water treatments.

    Diploma in International Convention and Maritime Law – First Assessment

    ILO and Maritime Conventions

    This module will teach you about the structure of the International Labour Organization (ILO), as well as its roles and conventions. In this module, you will also learn about the role of the Joint Maritime Organization, along with the importance of maritime and port security.

    Admiralty Laws and Maritime Zones

    This module will teach you about maritime law. You will also be introduced to the unique features of martial or admiralty law, as well as the complexities of admiralty law. In this module, you will also learn about the UNCLOS maritime zones, as well as the various UNCLOS laws on marine pollution.
