The employer pays a semi-monthly Remote Work Stipend to cover any expenses (i.e., internet). On December 23rd 2022 the Accounting Department submitted payments for everyone from January 1st, 2023, to December 31st, 2023. After a review by an auditor, it turns out that there was a 91-day waiting period from the hire date for the employee to begin receiving the semi-monthly stipend. The auditor also found that some of the employees that received the Remote Work stipend were not eligible because they had been terminated from the job.

Your task as an analyst is to analyze the data and figure out the financial impact of this error.
