Free Electrical Engineering Tutorial – Linear Circuits 1 – 07 – Multiple Sources
Learn how to simplify circuits with multiple voltage sources and/or multiple current sources in this beginner-level linear circuits course. Discover the straightforward principles behind voltage and current sources, and gain a solid foundation in engineering and physics. Perfect for beginner engineering and physics students.
Day 7 of Linear Circuits. We introduce how circuits with multiple voltage sources and/or multiple current sources can be simplified. It turns out, that this is very straightforward based upon our earlier lessons: 1) Voltage sources only have one job (Vpositive = Vnegative + Vsupply), and 2) Current sources only have one job (Iwire = Isupply).
The material covers all of the lecture material from a seventh lecture in a traditional, sophomore-level linear circuits class.
