Start free-motion quilting with the letter I, which can be more challenging than it looks! Practice steadying your hand as you draw and stitch straight, even lines. Then add more complexity as you try Debby’s energetic designs, including zigzags, stars, bricks and many more!

The Letter O

Trade in straight lines for continuous curves as you tackle O shapes. Debby helps you navigate circle and oval shapes, meandering patterns and echoed loops. Next, she teaches you how to start and stop your stitches for dense designs like pebbles, or whimsical patterns like paw prints or footprints.
