Project is located on a 23270 sqm (5.75 Acre) plot in Sec.- KP-IV. Project comprises of two low rise structures and two high rise towers with the one basement levels as detailed below-

• G+22 storey tower = 1 No.
• G+4 storey Administrative Block = 1 No.
• G+1 Convention Block = 1 No.
• Basement = 1 level
