Students are introduced to the historical, political, and social influence of black music and gospel on society and the ways in which music can amplify the power of spiritual ritual. Students are required to have a foundation in candle alchemy and knowledge in using herbs, oils, incense, and petitions in their spiritual workings and practice or to have taken Mirrored Moments With Tia DeShay’s course, Intentional Transformation for $19.99 on Udemy. These workings can be performed any day of the week, during any moon phase. Each working is a one day working and students are expected to journal their results, findings, experiences, and transformations.
