How To Use The Program
Quick Start Guide
This is a self-directed course. We recommend completing one unit per week but you are free to work at your own pace.

PDFs and Worksheets for you to complete.
Tasks for you to complete and share in the FB group.
We encourage you to print out the worksheets and keep them in a binder for future reference.
