This course will take the student through the process of designing and implementing a government service.
you will learn:
Government services principles: a set of guidelines that have to be considered when designing a service
Service discovery: learn how to identify the customers and their main job
Service unmet needs: learn how to capture the pain areas that facing the customers when using the service
Job Map: identify the sub steps that customer is preforming while obtaining the service, and getting a structured way to map the unmet needs to the related step
Identify the outcome statements that will be used to create services: Learn the outcome statement standard that will be easily understood among the team
Set of diagrams that will be used to understand the service processes: the high-level flow diagram, swim-lane diagram and state diagram
Data dictionary and screen content: with examples to see how this document will be created and used
Wireframe and prototype development : you will learn how the data dictionary and screen content are used by the UX/UI team to develop the UI screens
Requirement documentation: the method of requirements documentation with example of how features, epics and user stories will be organized
Activities that will be performed by the implantation team during the service delivery
