Latin III (First Semester)
Join Latin III to master the intricacies of Latin grammar and translate texts by renowned Latin authors. This course is designed for students who have successfully completed Latin First Year and covers the grammar required for translating Julius Caesar. Part two focuses on passages from the Gallic campaigns. Suitable for students with one intense year or two more relaxed years of Latin experience.

This is the first part of Latin III using Fr. Robert Henle, S.J. “Latin Second Year” textbook.
Students who have finished the “Latin First Year” successfully are qualified for this course.
This section covers the end of the grammar necessary to know before translating Julius Caesar. Part two of this course will cover a selection of passages of the Gallic campaigns between 58 and 52 BC.

- Students who have had one (intense) year of Latin
- Students who have had two (more relaxed) years of Latin
