What you’ll learn
- This course is a follow on from an earlier course on the Irish language (Learn the Irish language- for beginners). Due to high demand for an intermediate level, I have created this course. Students will gain a more in-depth understanding of the Irish language; verbs, sentence structure, changing tenses to name a few learning objectives. It is created with the premise that the student has already undertaken some level of learning Gaeilge.
Created due to demand from students of my ‘Irish for beginners’ course, this course is designed for the student who wishes to either improve their level of written and spoken Gaeilge, or for a new learner. We look at some of the more complex elements of language learning- things such as verbs and grammar. Below I will outline some course content, and the objectives of the course:
By the end of the course, the student will be more aware of the complexities of Gaeilge, and be in a better position to begin writing or creating their own sentences!
The course is designed in a way which outlines the objectives at the beginning of each lesson, so the student is fully aware of what will be covered. I believe this clear and concise approach is the most effective way to teach difficult concepts to students.
-We begin our course by looking at an overview of the material.
-We then become introduced to verbs- past, present, and future tense.
-We look at possessive grammar.
-We see how all concepts go hand in hand when it comes to creating sentences.
If you are someone who has a love of languages, or Gaeilge, then you will find this course suitable for you.
