Pockets
Now that you’ve chosen your bag’s features and fabric, it’s time to get started on construction! Janelle will show you her tips and tricks to make professional-quality pockets with ease. When you’re done, you’ll have the perfect pockets to hold your lipstick and credit cards.

You’re ready to start putting your bag together! Janelle will show you how to assemble the exterior pieces. Then, you’ll learn how to attach a foam stabilizer, whether you can iron your fabric or not, to add even structure and make sure your bag always holds its shape.
Hardware
In this lesson, Janelle shares her expert tips for adding hardware to your bag. You’ll learn how to make sure your closure lines up perfectly every time, and how to install it properly, so it stays put. Then, you’ll add a gorgeous metal bar to the flap as a finishing touch.
Finishing Touches
Whether you choose to create an adjustable shoulder strap or a wristlet, you’ll learn how to pull it all together here. As a bonus, Janelle will show you how to make perfect ruched panels that you can use to create special front flap for your new mix-and-match bag.
