Silvia Grav, chosen by Flickr as one of the 20 best young photographers of the moment, will teach you how to get a spectacular creative photography based on the self-portrait. In this course, Silvia will share with you all her work process and will help you find the idea, the light and the space, showing you how to take advantage of the materials of your environment. In addition, it will teach you how to work your images in post-production, the crucial part where all the “magic” happens, until you get a final photo with an impressive pictorial and dreamlike style. And calm, you do not need to have advanced knowledge of photography or Photoshop, just let yourself be inspired and explode your creativity.
To start the inspiration, Silvia will reflect on your work and show you some of its major graphic references, sharing with you the main materials you can use to make creative photographs. Once the foundations have been established to explore the method, you will accompany Silvia in the search for the idea on which her photography will turn, and then help you find a suitable place and model to make your own project. It will also show you some tricks to perform self-portraits, his specialty.
Next, you will see how she makes a photo session playing with the lighting and the camera and we will go to post-production, a phase that will greatly influence the final result and in which she will teach you how to make the basic adjustments and use the appropriate brushes to give texture and volume to the image.
