When I ask people I know to be good at analyzing qualitative data what makes them so good at it, I often get a black-box answer.

They are doing something consistently, leading to valuable results, but it’s hard to say what that is. And almost no one seems to be able to explain the process that takes them from raw data to meaningful insight. I believe we can do better than that.

This course is created for the active professional, you have already done a couple of design research projects and are now looking to widen, and deepen, your analysis of observational data.
