We all learn differently and if you don’t know what these symbols mean i: ɜ: ɔ: u: ɑ: well, YOU, MY FRIEND, ARE NOT ALONE. So don’t worry about having to pick up complicated techniques just to make it through the course and to tickle the teachers’ pride.
Q: How about any grammar?
A: We will try to keep away from convoluted grammar explanations. If we do have to explain something in grammar terms, you shall be warned! There is no risk of you to be feeling deflated if grammar learning is not your jam.
The straightforward teaching approach is meant to leave you feeling good about yourself at the end of each lecture. You will be able to build on the previous knowledge and measure progress. We will take every opportunity to give ourselves a tap on the shoulder and take a victory lap.
