Why SOP Bootcamp?

I started working with business owners 10 years ago to help them streamline and take more time back in their day. I started helping them implement software like Client Relationship Management tools and building their teams and realized over time that a lot of business owners have a thriving business, but they aren’t able to replicate what they are doing at scale – either with additional team members or software.

So coming in and trying to implement software is a laborious process, mostly because we have to systemize the entire business FIRST, then try to build out automation. And it’s not always apparent that there is nothing standardized, until we get to the point where we try to replace the “humans” in the equation. Then, the penny drops and we realize that there is no one thing that gets done for every single client or lead. It’s all theoretical or changes based on various adjustments to scope or needs.

Or it’s just all in someone’s head. So it’s never been documented. I only realized this fundamental disconnect in the last few years. Usually because with my consultants’ brain I can usually bridge the gap between where a company is and where it wants to be. But the thing is, these are things that every business should have, and need before they start to scale, so I want YOU to know how to do this and implement them in your business – so we can have real fun scaling with the basic building blocks all laid out.

So essentially, I am helping you do the first steps to scaling all on your own, because at the end of the day, these are something YOU kind of have to do yourself. But there’s a lot that goes into doing it right, so this is why I created the Business Bootcamp: SOP Edition.
