Savvy Circles

Hello Hexagons

Hexagons are a fantastic shape that create tons of visual appeal in your quilt patterns. While highly geometric, they also can be found in nature, lending a cozy, organic quality to your designs that can’t be mistaken. In this lesson, Colleen will walk you through cutting, piecing, and arranging your hexagons in various ways and which tools will help in the process.

Dazzling Diamonds

Diamonds are a quilter’s best friend! If you’ve ever wondered what those angled lines are for on your quilting rulers, you’re about to find out. Colleen will demonstrate a few different ways of cutting these dazzling shapes using a standard ruler and a specialty diamond ruler.

Tackling Triangles
