This course is a free course offered for students who are interested in studying health, fitness or medicine. This course encourages students to pursue a career as a medical scribe with the company Scribe America. I want to encourage students to think about what they want to do in the future and how being a medical scribe can help them reach their personal goals in medicine.

I have been a medical scribe for the past 2 years and am planning on becoming a dentist and attending dental school. Medical scribing prepared me completely in this field to understand charting and how the work flow of clinics in DC. I was a medical scribe for the past 2 years with Scribe America and greatly enjoyed working with this company.

This powerpoint video outlines what students need to do to become medical scribes with Scribe America and I have provided my email to be a reference to students.  I want to promote as many students as possible and help them start their journey as a medical scribe with Scribe America.

I greatly enjoyed working with Scribe America and helped over 5 physicians. Some of the physicians were MDs, some where PAs, and some were DNPs. By following the course videos I create for medical scribing students can be prepared to be trained as medical scribes and know that Scribe America is one of the best scribe companies available.

I was paid $17 an hour to work for Scribe America remotely and was very satisfied with the compensation I received for the amount of work that I put into being a medical scribe.

This course includes help with typing speed, an introduction to anatomy and physiology, 11 lecture videos on topics in anatomy and physiology, a list of common pharmaceuticals scribes will see on the field, a description of spekenotes, branches of practice, and a referral to Scribe America if students would like to work remotely or to gain a reference.
