In this class you will learn everything you need to get started with Adobe Premiere in a straight forward, to the point method. We will create (or use existing project footage) edit and export a short film that has graphics, text and is engaging.
We will work through getting familiar with Adobe Premiere and at the end of the class we will edit raw footage either filmed by you or using the class footage provided.
About me, Who am I?
My name is Opi – I’m an Animator in the video games industry. I make YouTube videos on Animation, films, tech and my fitness journey
In the film & animation industry we have to naturally learn about editing. I thought I’d share my workflow from over the years in this simple to the point class.
I enjoy sharing what I have learnt over the years to hopefully help anyone out there looking to create content.
We will be filming and then editing and creating a short, to the point video with titles, graphics and text to make the video more fun and engaging.
If your a beginner, don’t worry, all the information is in this course for you to get started filming and editing your first video for personal use or your YouTube channel!
If you don’t have a camera then by all means use your phone. Most phone are just as good. If you can invest in a camera stand that would be a plus, however you can get creative and use objects to support your camera such as books!.
Don’t worry too much about the image quality of the camera as this course is all about focusing on editing and using the features in Adobe Premiere Pro.
If you have got a mic that’s great but if not then the phone camera is fine.
