My name is Georgiana and I am from Romania. I studied Psychology in college and also, I studied Psychology of Human Resources for my master degree. I decided to talk about well-being because I have a lot of knowledge about this subject. So I explain what is well-being, which is the difference between well-being and hapiness and also, why is so important to have a high level of well-being. So I talk about three important dimensions of well-being: psychological, emotional and social well-being. In this presentation I give advice about how to increase these three dimensions of well-being for three categories: children, teenagers and adults in the workplace. If you want a healthy childhood for your children and if you want to have a good connection with your teenagers, you have to watch this presentation, because you will find a lot of relevant information.
