Day 1: Reconnecting
This first practice will ground you, help you reach into your body, and reconnect you to the present. Day 1 is a chance to let go of all the external distractions, quiet the busy thoughts and get comfortable looking inwards. Practice coherent breathing, softening and observing each part of your body and acknowledging your feelings even as you let go of judgment and expectation.
