This is Mo.
I’m a veteran Storyboard Artist here in Los Angeles, working in the entertainment industry for the past +12 years.
During my years, I’ve storyboarded from Music Videos to Movies and everything in between.
Although each field required storyboarding service, they are slightly different when approaching the project.
For example, storyboarding for animation focuses more on facial expressions, while storyboarding for commercials, is focused on products and key moments. In the same thread, storyboarding for Music Videos is very different than storyboarding for other fields, due to a lack of story, budget, and crew.
In this bitesize class, I’ll share how I tackle any music video storyboard project from beginning to finish.
Curriculum:
Storyboarding Music Videos vs Commercials
Sketching Process Overview | Music Video Storyboard
Detailed Sketch Process | Music Video Storyboard
Detailed Inking Process | Music Video Storyboard
Shading + Final Presentation | Music Video Storyboard
Bonus: Real-Time Sketch Music Video Storyboard
Once you’ve completed this class, you’ll have the confidence to take on any music video project.
I’m also sharing my favorite PSD brush set and original PSD files for your to use and digest.
If you’re into Storyboarding, take this bitesize class level up.
Best,
Mo
