You will learn how to build important boundaries and even neutral defenses to simply avoid these people and the trappings of their interactions.
You will learn how to analyze these behaviors and profile them, as they profile you, looking for weaknesses. The best defense is offense. You will see them coming after this course and simply not allow them in your lives.
You will learn how to see yourself as a whole person, build personal power and need no one’s approval or validation. Heck, you may even allow yourself to feel some righteous anger for what you have been through in the past, and that’s ok!
You will learn about relationship equity and power, and when someone is abusing your trust and their power in your relationship.
You will learn how to read and hear words and phrases aimed at manipulating you or tearing you down.
You will walk away with more knowledge, wisdom, personal power and confidence than you ever have had before in understanding how people manipulate and abuse their power and trust in relationships.
