You will learn the Chinese cooking with a real Chinese who have been overseas for 20 years.

  • Essential to any stir-fry, the wok is the heart of the Chinese kitchen.

in the lectures, I would like to show you some basics and you can follow with me to cook in practise like a real Chinese does.

This course focuses on some basics:

  • Learn the Chinese seasoning and how we use them

  • understand what 4 major Chinese cuisines are

  • 11 common dishes to make in practise (step by step)

during my 20 years stay aboard, most of my time, I cook Chinese dishes as I have a Chinese family. I just video my daily cooking and collect 11 representive dishes for the basics.

In those videos,  I will show you how to cook in both chinese traditional and innovative way, how to use seasoning and how to cook like a real Chinese.

Even with ingredients which are difficult to find in western world, I will tell you how to replace them with something else.
