In this cooking course you will learn how to cook delicious meals, completely vegan, vegetarian and gluten free. It’s not a must to cook like that, but sometimes people ask me how to make it delicious without meat or bread or milk? This cooking class is the answer and a lot of my students love the simplicity of my cooking style and understand why less ingredients can be enough some times. We will cook only with fresh vegetable and fresh fruits to give your meals the most nutritions possible. I want to inspire you to cook with me and to improve what I show to you, so that you will cook it in your way, with your favorite ingredients or what you have. You don’t need to buy all the exact ingredients I use. Watch me cooking and play with what you have in your kitchen. Make it fit. You will do it! It will be yummy!

Besides watching me cooking I will give you all the ingredient lists and recipes on hand with my personal notes, how you can pimp it even further. You will learn to cook a curry, a soup, make salads, prepare desserts and more. You will also learn how to decorate your meals, so that you really love serving the meals – because it looks great –  and your loved ones will enjoy eating the nicely decorated dishes and meals even more.
