TradePhlo Customs Training Program is an extensive training program which gives you knowledge of UK Customs and Procedures. This course is designed to provide you with deep understanding of International Trade, Border Operating Model, Import and Export Procedures, Types of Declarations, Commodity Codes, Trade Controls, Restrictions, and Procedures, and Rules of Origin.
Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs (HMRC) sets the rules for UK customs. All goods brought into the UK must be disclosed to Customs and given a treatment or usage that has been approved by Customs. Beginning January 2021, the government imposed import restrictions on goods imported from the EU. The same is currently being implemented in several stages.
The TradePhlo Customs Training Program consists of four modules where each module is divided into various topics. Learners will learn a wide ranging overview on UK Customs that is not focused specifically on any one area. Learners will also get an opportunity to make use of tradePhlo’s TDR Environment to submit test declarations on CDS.
After completing this course successfully, multiple job opportunities will be opened for you as a Customs Agent, and you can also join Freight forwarders, and supply chain companies to support them with their UK Imports and Exports. This course is best suited for importers and exporters trading to-fro UK.
