Developing a Rapport and Handling Grievances
In this module, you will learn about various training methods to help develop a rapport with your co-workers. Following easy to remember acronyms you will be introduced to GROW and CIGAR. You will learn how to handle disciplinary issues that could arise in your place of work by studying sample policies. You will also be introduced to whistleblowing and the requirements necessary for qualifying disclosures, which will include the Public Interest Disclosure Act (1998).
