    In this module, you will learn about creating a successful office team. This will include identifying team roles using the Belbin method and preparing successful team meetings. You will learn about the strong correlation between low employee engagement and high turnover and what can be done to keep your staff. Changes to the role, including hours, duties, recognition, and more, are also possible factors that lead to voluntary turnover.

    Developing a Rapport and Handling Grievances

    In this module, you will learn about various training methods to help develop a rapport with your co-workers. Following easy to remember acronyms you will be introduced to GROW and CIGAR. You will learn how to handle disciplinary issues that could arise in your place of work by studying sample policies. You will also be introduced to whistleblowing and the requirements necessary for qualifying disclosures, which will include the Public Interest Disclosure Act (1998).

    Harassment and Employment Terminations

    In this module, you will learn how to handle bullying and harassment in the workplace. This will include what qualifies as harassment and the employee actions that could lead to an employment tribunal. When learning about terminations and redundancies you will learn the proper procedures when you are ready to resign, the legal differences between fair and unfair dismissals and the options you have when your job is made redundant.
