What you’ll learn

  • How to begin their calligraphy journey with confidence

This course will allow you to finally demystify what goes into the calligraphy script known as Engrosser’s, or Copperplate as it is also known.  I will tell you exactly what to do and NOT to do, in hopes that your foray into the world of calligraphy is a pleasant one! What is that you say? You aren’t artistic enough or your handwriting is terrible? Nonsense, calligraphy is more of a discipline, if we were to be exact. That is why you can excel in this and still have the handwriting of a child (ME). But all jokes aside, this course is excellent for those who have always wanted to pick up a holder and start writing but have always been stumped as to how. I know of the $200 courses floating around, are they good? Of course. Worth it? Eh… I mean, it’s definitely a plus but with hard work and just enough guidance I believe you can get there. I will tell you all about ovals, about the glorious spacings that you must religiously adhere to lest you be disappointed with your own work, and so much more. What  I am giving you, is a stepping stone so that you can take what I’ve taught, and grow from there. You can do great things with the right start, and by Jove,  I am YOUR great start!
