Section 1 : Financial Management – Basics

This section gives brief introduction about various types of Sources of Finance along with examples.

Section 3 : Long Term Financial funds and Medium Term Financial funds

This section enables to understand types of Long Term Financial funds and Medium term Financial funds in detail. Each type of financial fund is explained along with examples in a separate video lectures. This includes :

• Equity Share Capital – Meaning of Equity share capital, Risks and returns involved in equity share capital from Company’s point of view and investor’s point of view.
