I started my journey as a Management Consultant in 2007 when I started my own business in the name of Enrichmentors, though I had opportunities earlier to do internal consulting work to the 14 J&J Asia Pacific Companies as the Regional Customer Development Director and later as Regional Franchise Operations Director based in Singapore.
