Hoop to Praise™ 100 is an exciting introductory course designed to help you explore the world of hula hoop praise and worship dance. In this course, you will:
Learn where to get a great beginner off-body dance hoop: We’ll guide you on selecting the perfect hoop to start your journey.
Master 4 basic concepts: Spins, isolations, weaves, and folds are the foundational moves you’ll learn and practice.
Enjoy practice sessions at your own pace: Take your time to practice and perfect each move.
Engage in a sequence section: This section will help you put together the moves you’ve learned into a flowing dance sequence.
Discover additional content on waist, chest, and shoulder hooping: For a more advanced experience, you’ll need a larger hoop to complete this section.
