Based on ICAO Safety Management System requirements, a service provider must conduct Internal Safety Investigations. In addition, everyone involved in internal safety investigations must have a valid training in investigation techniques.
We’ve created this video-course to solve the problem for both: for companies and for individuals, as they could perform investigations in a competent, and independent and objective manner.
