Start creating 3D art with your iPad or Android Tablet with Nomad Sculpt! No experience needed for this beginner Course. 3D doesn’t have to be scary anymore, it’s actually pretty fun! You can also sculpt anywhere anytime as long as you have your iPad, iPad Pro, or Android Tablet. This beginners class starts with opening the app, and covers everything you’ll need to get started with the application. You’ll complete and render your first 3D character, and have fun doing it!
What you’ll learn:
Opening the application and adding primitives (Basic shapes used to initially start your modeling process)
Setting up your scene and using the Gizmo (Controller function, used to manage your 3D Objects)
Construction of a simple (but cute) character (Adjusting shapes, sculpting, joining and voxel remeshing your 3D mesh)
Getting familiar with some of the modeling and sculpting tools (There are LOTS of tools, so we’ll cover the basics!)
Techniques for lighting the character and scene (Simple and effecting way I on just about every model I produce!)
Coloring the character (Using Layers, to create colors that can be easily adjusted or changed)
Rendering (Exporting) your finished Image
You’ll need to download Nomad Sculpt Application – Available for IOS and Android tablets.
This application is a one time purchase; currently 15 dollars USD. Well worth it for what it can do!
At the time of recording, Nomad is at version 1.76 (updates come frequently with this app) So in the event changes do happen, i’ll try to keep the course updated if possible.
